CEDAR POINT DEED RESTRICTIONS



These are the first 3 sections developed in this waterfront community,

In December of 2006 the community overwhelmingly voted to correct the mistakes of the past and insure stable future property values for all by implementing the most progressive Deed Restrictions on Lake Livingston. 

These new Deed Restrictions provide ample protection and flexiability to insure that the community continues to thrive and iprove for many years.

In fact these deed restrictions are so comprehensive while remaining fair they have been copied by several other subdivisions to maintain their values as well.

Highlights:

No addational Mobile Homes allowed and the existing ones must be brought up to standards or be removed. to date this has involved the removal of over 280 homes that were deemed substandard.
This section is the Estate portion of Cedar Point and has exceptionally  strong deed restrictions which  are insuring that only larger high quality homes are built in this section with real attention to detail and the protection of views.
This is the 4th section developed in this waterfront community, originally each set of sections had individual deed restrictions creating a real issue in governing the community and insuring continuity of enforcement.
